These appointments are around thirty minutes long and can be expected to include a thorough examination of your mouth and teeth. This can include your gums, your bite and your jaw. We will often take X-rays and you will be offered a routine screening test for oral cancer.
The new patient appointment also serves to give you, the patient, time to ask any questions you may have that we may be able to help with.
